Dr.-Seuss-The-Cat-Behind-the-HatAs the school year approaches, there are a few authors that are so beloved that everyone from your grandma to your toddler will recognize their name.  One of them is  Dr. Seuss.  The Cat Behind the Hat by Caroline Smith is a beautiful coffee table size book that showcases the public and private art of Theodore Geissel.  Seuss fans will be delighted to see the over 70 years worth of beautifully colored illustrations where you can see the progression and  genius of Seuss.  The book is juxtaposed with biographical stories and tidbits about the origins behind certain stories and works.  If you are a Seuss fan, one of the places you should go is to the library to check out this wonderful book!
